\r\nAll API requests should be made against {{appConfig.apiUrl}} followed by the endpoint path as listed.
All requests to the API require authentication. Unauthorized requests will return 404 Not Found in some places to prevent accidental leakage of private information.
To access the Cloud Services Partner API, please create a client ID and secret (Profile -> API Clients) to get a OAuth2 bearer token from Kymeta's authentication service. This bearer token is passed as a header to the Cloud Services Partners API. The authentication service can be found at {{appConfig.authDomain}}/connect/token. For a sample request, see on the right.

\r\nThe 950mp satellite modem is certified for WGS and designed for operation in TRANSEC networks. Kymeta has embedded the 950mp into the terminal to create the smallest possible rugged mobility platform. \r\nThe iQ 200 embedded modem features DVB-S2/DVB-S2X with adaptive TDMA returns. Designed to embed into a satellite terminal for portable and mobility applications, the iQ 200 embedded modem combines high-performance iQ series features with mobility.
\r\nThe OneWeb embedded satellite subscriber module (modem) is designed to integrate into standalone terminals serving small to medium enterprise and maritime applications. The OneWeb modem combines high-performance features with native DSCP QoS functionality.

The multi-function hardened case is tested to MIL-STD-810H\r\n transportation standards and comes with hardened tie down points. The Hawk\r\n u8 and Goshawk u8 terminals embedded into the u8 GO case provide a\r\n complete connectivity solution for on-the-go communications when and where\r\n you need it. U8 VEHICLE MOUNT: Use this vehicle mount kit to attach any u8 terminal or u8 ODU to a vehicle roof rack. This mount requires that the roof rack crossbars are less than 7.7 cm wide and the closest points on the forward/aft crossbars are 92.8 cm apart. What's in the kit:

\r\n\r\n Kymeta Corporation (“Kymeta”) provides a limited warranty (“Limited\r\n Warranty”) that the Kymeta Hawk™ u8, Goshawk™ u8, Osprey™ u8 (“Product”)\r\n will be free from significant defects in materials and workmanship for the\r\n period set forth below.\r\n
\r\nLimited Warranty Term
\r\n\r\n The Limited Warranty Term is for a period of twelve (12) months starting\r\n from the date of shipment (for customers not subscribing to Kymeta\r\n Connect™ or Kymeta™ Broadband) or the earlier of date of activation or 45\r\n days from shipment (for Kymeta Connect and Kymeta Broadband subscribers).\r\n
\r\nExceptions to Limited Warranty
\r\n\r\n This Limited Warranty will not apply where the Product has been subjected\r\n to any of the following:\r\n

\r\nRequirement for Limited Warranty
\r\n\r\n Your Product and any other Kymeta peripheral products you purchase\r\n (“Peripherals”) must be connected, configured, and routed to allow for the\r\n transfer and receipt of data to and from the Kymeta servers to accommodate\r\n any Limited Warranty requests. At a minimum, your connection must be able\r\n to support TCP ports 443 and 22. The connection is required in order for\r\n Kymeta to enable provisioning of, provide customer and Limited Warranty\r\n support to, and to facilitate performance improvements to your Products\r\n and Peripherals. The Product must be registered in the Kymeta™ Access\r\n portal.\r\n

Customers may purchase packages for a single terminal or share data among a pool of up to 10 terminals. Pooled terminals must operate in the same region.
\r\nKymeta Broadband connectivity for u8 terminals provides connectivity via satellite and cellular connection, based on availability and signal quality. Cellular connectivity is offered via a managed virtual service that includes hundreds of direct operator partnerships for global coverage via a single SIM. Cellular can be disabled for customers who do not want to use it. Satellite connectivity is offered via an iDirect Evolution-based network that aggregates a growing number of satellite providers. Kymeta Broadband satellite connectivity is a 5×2 MIR best-effort service that supports applications such as virtual private networks (VPN), high-definition video transfer, cloud-based software platforms, and autonomous platform management.
\r\nThe following terms apply to Kymeta Broadband packages:
\r\nKymeta understands that some customers have specific needs and requirements. When an existing plan does not suffice, Kymeta will work with customers to define and offer the right solution to meet the needs of unique opportunities. Custom plans are based on our iDirect Evolution platform and may address the need for specific geographic coverage, a guaranteed Committed Information Rate (CIR), a specific service level agreement, or a non-standard contract term.
\r\nCustom plans are priced at market rate. SLAs, terms, and restrictions apply. Kymeta Custom plans may have limited portal and application support features. Contact your Kymeta sales representative for more details.
